O2O Ep. 58 Rex-Cut Abrasives

Host Jesse Tyler is joined by three great co-owners at ESOP Rex-Cut Abrasives, Matt Desrosiers, Ben Ferreira, and Jonathan Costa.

Founded in 1928, Rex-Cut Abrasives is the oldest and primary manufacturer of cotton-fiber abrasive grinding and finishing products in the world. Based in Fall River, Massachusetts,  Rex-Cut manufactures proprietary abrasive material and premium grinding wheel, mounted points, blending, deburring, and finishing products.

Each guest shares personal insights on what ownership means to them; how they describe ownership when talking to family, friends, and strangers; three words they use to describe employee ownership; their EO A-ha moments; and why anyone seeking work should consider a career at Rex-Cut Abrasives.

The goal of this podcast is to have owner-to-owner discussions about a wide range of ownership experiences and culture topics, and to bring more insight into the individual ownership experience.
