Ep. 019 Delta Pipeline - The Frontline Workers

Host Jesse Tyler is joined by Aaron Danley, senior estimator with 13 years, and Travis Gallegos, orientation foreman with 7 years, of Delta Pipeline.

Each guest shares personal insights on what ownership means to them; how they describe ownership when talking to family, friends, and strangers; the three words they use to describe ownership; their EO A-ha moments; and why anyone seeking work should consider a career at Delta Pipeline.

Special thanks to Thomas Dudley of Certified EO for introducing Jesse Tyler to our guests from Delta Pipeline.

The goal of this podcast is to have owner-to-owner discussions about a wide range of ownership experiences and culture topics, and to bring more insight into the individual ownership experience.

Delta Pipeline's History (from its website)

In 1991, Craig Danley and Richard Vance started the Delta Pipeline journey. Like many startup companies of that era, Richard’s garage was gutted and turned into an office…converting doors into plan tables. Since then, we’ve worked diligently to develop a reputation as leaders in underground wet utilities.

In 2017, Delta proudly created an Employee Stock Ownership Plan (ESOP) and became 100% employee owned! As an employee-owned company, we value long-term, mutually profitable relationships driven by our mission of People • Principle • Purpose. This landmark decision allowed us to further establish meaningful benefits for recruitment, motivation and retention of our team members.

Our combination of experience, professionalism and integrity has made us who we are today.

Delta Pipeline Is A Platform For Success

Principle
