Host Jesse Tyler is joined by Adam Gibney, shift brewer for Mass Bay Brewing Co., which is better known by its flagship brands Harpoon and UFO White, among others. Adam discusses why culture is so critical to the company's success and all the different ways the culture is reinforced, including monthly team meetings that share a lot of information, company parties hosted by different departments, and why someone should work for them (hint: there is access to free beer!) Adam also shares his EO A-ha Moment which happened at his first company meeting just one month after being hired.
